What you will do

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily alignments, and reviews.
• Translate complex insurance rules, pricing models, and integration requirements into structured user stories.
• Analyze insurer documentation to map business rules for coverage, pricing, commissions, and claims.
• Validate and homologate deliveries with QA teams to ensure calculation engine accuracy.
• Monitor product performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Prioritize the backlog and manage stakeholder expectations across business and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• Strong experience in the insurance or insurtech industry (premium, claims, endorsements, commissions).
• Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON structures, and data mappings.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage critical incidents under pressure.
