QA Operations and Monetization Engineer (Mobile Games)

What you will do

• Plan and manage day-to-day activities with Monetization, Product, Game Economy, and R&D departments.
• Manage daily game operations and oversee LiveOps activities.
• Configure and validate promotions, features, live events, and A/B tests from start to finish.
• Handle technical requests from different departments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Technical skills and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and communicate effectively with global teams.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Assertive, hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge.
• Previous CRM experience.
• Self-motivation and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
