Polish Linguistic Evaluator & Functional Tester (AI)

What you will do

• Evaluate pre-release AI model responses in Polish for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality.
• Fact-check model responses against source material and compare the Polish experience with the English version.
• Test complete user journeys on client-supplied smartphones and next-generation smart glasses, including iOS and Android devices.
• Check non-Latin text, diacritics, mixed-language input, display rendering, dates, numbers, currencies, units, and untranslated strings.
• Document reproducible issues with steps, device and operating system, locale, build ID, and supporting evidence.
• Re-test fixes and support additional linguistic projects as needed.

Requirements

• Native-level or fully bilingual Polish, written and spoken, with current everyday and technical language knowledge.
• Ability to explain issues clearly in English.
• Confidence using smartphones and laptops and switching between iOS and Android.
• Strong attention to detail and objective judgment when assessing quality.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed test scripts and guidelines.
• On-site work in a private, secure Welocalize office is required; remote work is not available.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in software or app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation.
