What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year strategy for the Philippines SSC to ensure operational scalability and resilience.
• Drive operational excellence through aggressive digitalization, standardization, and automation of financial processes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of O2C, P2P, and R2R processes, ensuring strict SLA/OLA compliance.
• Implement a data-centric approach to performance management using real-time dashboards and rigorous KPIs.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners to identify and implement high-impact process improvement initiatives.
• Lead organizational change management and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high team engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Shared Service Centres (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS).
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading multi-tower operations with 150+ FTEs.
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, and Concur.
• Must be based in Taguig, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong executive communication and C-suite stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, Chartered Accountant) or an MBA.
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Data Science.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
• Extensive experience in end-to-end transformation, migrations, and operating model redesign.
