What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 Roll-In Retirement Consultants to ensure adherence to policies and metrics.
• Drive referral generation and asset retention strategies.
• Perform call reviews and manage QA trends to optimize customer experience.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer escalations and collaborate with business partners on operations.
• Lead strategic operational, workflow, and product enhancements.
• Perform registered principal supervisory controls of registered representatives to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Taguig, Metro Manila
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or minimum 4 years of directly related experience).
• 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within financial services.
• 1-2 years of previous management or leadership experience.
• FINRA Series 6, 26, and 63 registrations required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Nice to have

• Brokerage background.
• Previous call center experience.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
