Associate (Finance): Managing central processing and reporting of accounting events for Financial Markets, Treasury, Lending, and Payments with an accent on management reporting and dashboards. Focus on improving reporting processes, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating with international stakeholders.

Location: Onsite in Manila (One Ayala Tower 2)

What you will do

• Create monthly management information reports and dashboards.
• Process management information through MA systems and perform quality checks.
• Propose and implement process improvements for reporting and processing activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with policy documents and group Standards of Practice.
• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding delivery and remediation actions.
• Advise on and align new reporting requirements from the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of banking knowledge and products.
• Experience with UAT testing for system changes.
• Ability to navigate systems to understand data lineage.
• Strong communication skills for handling complex topics in an international context.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
