FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Extract and analyze financial data for reporting packs, forecasts, and simulations.
• Validate and control submitted forecast data to ensure accuracy.
• Support local country teams with analytical tasks and ad-hoc data requests.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and standardization.
• Maintain process documentation and adhere to agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and new methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance required.
• Proficiency in SAP and EDW (Cognos) is mandatory.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for handling high volumes of financial data.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Manila.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in FP&A or numerical reporting roles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets.
