What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for features and workflows across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd.
• Translate complex user, business, and technical problems into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders from discovery through delivery.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed specifications.
• Utilize advanced Figma skills for polished work and scalable components.
• Experiment with AI-assisted prototyping tools to validate workflows and communicate product behavior.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design, UX/UI, or related digital product experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design, problem-solving, and product impact.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and libraries.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products for web and/or mobile.
• Experience using AI tools for prototyping and accelerating design exploration.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and iterative development.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, wellness, or EdTech.
• Background with B2B SaaS products.
• Experience in startup or fast-moving product environments.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
