What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts post-implementation, serving as the primary strategic lead.
  • Drive customer health, retention, and expansion by identifying new use cases for agentic automation.
  • Partner with Solutions Architects and Account Executives to develop and execute renewal and growth plans.
  • Maintain a strategic view of account health, prioritizing efforts to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Lead professional communication and discovery conversations with executive stakeholders.
  • Contribute to core post-sales outcomes, focusing on NRR/NDR performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts and engaging with VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to navigate complex business conversations.
  • Strategic mindset capable of managing 15-20 accounts simultaneously.
  • Solid AI literacy and the ability to speak credibly about AI transformation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
