What you will do

• Analyze performance across commercial areas including Front of House and promotions to optimize sales performance.
• Deliver accurate and timely weekly trading reports in partnership with Finance Managers and Business Partners.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to support commercial planning and wider business growth initiatives.
• Produce ad-hoc reporting to facilitate fast, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business performance and identify opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline processes within the Commercial Finance function.

Requirements

• Intermediate Excel skills and a willingness to learn new reporting systems and tools.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in retail performance and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive and adaptable approach to managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from the Yeovil Head Office on a hybrid basis.
