What you will do
- Analyze performance across commercial areas including Front of House and promotions to optimize sales performance.
- Deliver accurate and timely weekly trading reports in partnership with Finance Managers and Business Partners.
- Provide financial analysis and insight to support commercial planning and wider business growth initiatives.
- Produce ad-hoc reporting to facilitate fast, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business performance and identify opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline processes within the Commercial Finance function.
Requirements
- Intermediate Excel skills and a willingness to learn new reporting systems and tools.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in retail performance and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive and adaptable approach to managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work from the Yeovil Head Office on a hybrid basis.
