What you will do

• Assess existing management accounts and reconciliation workflows to identify efficiency gaps.
• Design and implement AI and automation tools to streamline financial operations.
• Reduce manual intervention in accounting tasks to improve overall accuracy.
• Document new processes and ensure they are effectively adopted by the team.
• Manage project delivery independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong background in management accounting and financial process optimization.
• Proven experience with AI or automation tools such as Power Automate, Advanced Excel, or Python.
• Ability to work in a hands-on, delivery-focused capacity.
• Must be able to attend the Yorkshire office 2 days per month.
