What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders across Commercial Lines and broker distribution to identify strategic marketing opportunities.
• Translate high-level commercial goals into actionable marketing objectives and plans.
• Influence and guide stakeholders to ensure marketing activity is impactful and aligned with business priorities.
• Use data and market insights to shape decision-making and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with campaign, content, digital, and events teams to execute integrated marketing plans.
• Track ROI and prioritize investments to ensure measurable commercial results.

Requirements

• Must have proven experience in B2B marketing with multi-channel knowledge.
• Critical: Deep expertise in commercial insurance, particularly within broker/intermediary-led models.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, strategic marketing plans.
• Experience managing end-to-end marketing activity and measuring impact.
