What you will do
- Guide energy companies through the transition to the New Energy Reality, impacting their business and operating models.
- Lead and deliver diverse projects while acting as a coach and mentor for consultants.
- Perform market entry studies, optimize operational processes, and support investment decision-making.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage vendor selection or outsourcing projects.
- Engage in business development and sales support to grow the company's energy sector presence.
Requirements
- Master's Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within the utilities industry.
- Established professional network within relevant energy companies.
- Fluent English and Dutch verbal and written skills (required).
- Existing right to work in the Netherlands (no work permit provided).
- Proven experience in managing teams and monitoring market trends.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German.
- Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
