What you will do

• Lead complex process optimization projects from requirements analysis through to implementation and monitoring.
• Model business processes using BPMN tools (Adonis, Aris) and perform simulations for optimization.
• Develop product breakdowns for large-scale, long-term projects with budgets ranging from 3 to 50 million euros.
• Apply the GRIPP methodology to specify, analyze, design, and implement efficient business processes.
• Manage stakeholders across various organizational levels, from operational teams to C-level management.
• Provide training and support to users to ensure the effective implementation of new processes.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in process optimization and process design.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency with BPMN and Enterprise Architecture tools (e.g., Adonis, Aris).
• WO working and thinking level.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and experience with large IT projects in complex environments.
• Must possess a valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of business architectures and IT systems within the Telecom sector.
• Experience with process mining or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Proficiency in German.
