What you will do

• Frame complex transformation problems, identify root causes, and develop structured recommendations.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete operating model choices, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and technology to build alignment and drive decisions.
• Design governance, decision-making structures, and delivery processes to improve overall execution.
• Develop executive-grade papers, presentations, and storylines to facilitate rapid management decision-making.
• Support execution by identifying risks and dependencies early to ensure strategic ambitions are met.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting at top-tier consulting firms (hard requirement).
• Master's degree.
• Strong understanding of organizational setups and operating models connected to business impact.
• Expert-level command of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and executive insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge constructively.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, including regulated environments and large-scale change.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
