What you will do

• Lead the Kahuna competency framework and conduct technical assessments for trainee drillers and drillers.
• Manage and optimize the execution of drilling data, borehole plans, and overall offshore operations in the APAC region.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for drilling equipment, proposing and leading technical improvements.
• Coordinate complex port calls and mobilize geotechnical equipment in collaboration with vessel operations.
• Oversee the safe operation, testing, and maintenance of seabed data acquisition systems and drilling tools.
• Support recruitment, career development, and performance appraisals for the drilling personnel pool.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore geotechnical drilling and seabed sampling systems.
• Deep technical knowledge of hirify.global WISON, SEACALF, APVDB WISON, APVDB ROSON, or equivalent Geomil and Datem systems.
• Must possess valid working rights in Singapore.
• Physical fitness to pass stringent offshore medical requirements and capability to work at heights.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Flexibility for international travel and frequent offshore deployments.
