Sr Associate Engineer Facilities Engineering

What you will do

• Manage facility plant operations for assigned fabrication facilities.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management Services staff and ensure operational issues and complaints are addressed promptly.
• Optimize manpower, logistics, and resource usage across assigned facilities.
• Follow incident escalation procedures, escalate facility-impacting incidents, and support incident investigations.
• Represent facility operational issues in daily handover meetings and coordinate follow-up with system engineers.
• Serve as an Emergency Response Team member and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Controls, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience with M&E or UPW systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with M&E or UPW systems.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
