TL;DR

Head of Ads Strategy & Operations (AdTech): Leading the scaling of the hirify.global Advertising engine by connecting sales, product, and operations with an accent on go-to-market strategy and ad tech stack optimization. Focus on building high-performing teams, improving commercial margins, and ensuring privacy-compliant programmatic delivery.

Location: Hybrid in London (minimum 60% office attendance over a 12-week period)

Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 + Bonus

What you will do

  • Shape go-to-market strategies and develop compelling ad propositions to create market differentiation.
  • Create sales enablement materials, narratives, and playbooks to equip sales teams with effective messaging.
  • Define and evolve operational standards for ad delivery, measurement, quality, and reliability across campaigns.
  • Lead and develop the Operations and Client Success teams, setting clear priorities and scalable ways of working.
  • Shape the ad tech stack strategy, managing relationships with providers of Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and DSPs.
  • Drive client retention and growth through proactive account management and insight-led campaign optimisation.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in retail media, digital publishing, ad tech, or platform advertising.
  • Proven track record of leading teams across commercial strategy, account management, and ad operations.
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including Google Ad Manager, SSPs, DSPs, and programmatic models.
  • Strong commercial judgement regarding revenue growth, margin improvement, and pricing.
  • Knowledge of privacy-first advertising and consent frameworks such as GDPR and TCF v2.0.
  • Ability to translate between technical and commercial audiences to influence product and operational priorities.
