TL;DR
Agentic AI Strategy Lead (AI/Fintech): Leading the strategic implementation of Agentic AI across customer and operational domains to reimagine value chains and business priorities. Focus on building scalable domain roadmaps, translating business objectives into technical requirements, and driving operating-model change for enterprise-wide adoption.
Location: Hybrid: Must spend at least two days per week (40% of time) at one of the office locations: Bristol, Edinburgh, London, or Manchester
Salary: £116,535 - £150,810

What you will do
- Lead an Agentic AI domain to enable the Group’s business priorities and outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize Agentic AI use cases grounded in commercial and operational reality.
- Build and maintain a scalable domain roadmap across business units and platforms.
- Translate business objectives into credible agentic and technical requirements.
- Influence senior stakeholders to align OKRs and maintain a coherent domain narrative.
- Manage a small team of strategy managers within the AI Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of AI and Agentic AI and their scalability across platforms and operating models.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI building blocks: data, integration, infrastructure, and orchestration.
- Proven experience translating business priorities into actionable AI strategies and roadmaps.
- Technical depth to collaborate with engineering teams and ability to engage senior leadership.
- Experience leading large-scale AI initiatives from strategy to value realization.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or other complex, regulated environments.
- Background in top-tier tech or consulting firms.
- Hands-on involvement in AI programme delivery from design to deployment.
- Experience with AI portfolio shaping and benefits frameworks.
