What you will do

• Evaluate and adjust payment risk levels and fraud rules to maximize legitimate transaction approvals.
• Implement best practices for frictionless payment flows to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Monitor daily payment flows, investigate failed transactions, and resolve complex escalations in real-time.
• Collaborate with Product, RnD, and Compliance teams to design secure payment features and ensure regulatory alignment (PSD2, SCA, KYC).
• Research global payment trends, fraud vectors, and B2B SaaS industry benchmarks.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics such as approval rates and chargeback ratios.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Fraud Analyst or Payments Analyst in B2B/B2C SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Hands-on experience with payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen) and fraud prevention tools (Riskified, Sift).
• Proficiency in MongoDB and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Deep understanding of the global payments ecosystem, 3D Secure protocols, and abuse vectors like phishing and account takeover.
• English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal skills) required

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
