TL;DR

Location: Fully remote for candidates based in Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do
- Shape the technical direction of the engineering organization and guide architectural decisions.
- Lead product delivery from requirements through production, including development, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Partner directly with clients to understand needs and achieve business goals.
- Define product requirements and system designs with Product and Design teams.
- Build and iterate on production software across diverse technology stacks.
- Mentor engineers across multiple teams and strengthen engineering practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience leading development through the full product lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
- Strong ability to design and implement scalable system architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with effective software development practices and technical leadership.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English, including communication of technical concepts to international colleagues and customers.
- Must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, C#, Kotlin, Swift, Rust, or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with React, Next.js, Angular, SwiftUI, Spring Boot, FastAPI, Django, or React Native.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure and related data, messaging, and storage services.
- Experience with AI/ML, large language models, agentic AI, NLP, or blockchain and crypto technologies.
