What you will do

• Lead the creation and implementation of compliance programs aligned with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful compliance outcomes.
• Monitor compliance metrics, including audit completion rates and training participation.
• Perform risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain certifications such as ISO27001 to ensure organizational integrity and excellence.
• Coordinate communication between compliance teams, project stakeholders, and department heads.

Requirements

• Prior experience in compliance management, project management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in contemporary web tools such as Google Docs, Zapier, Linear, or similar.
• Exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.
