TL;DR

Senior Marketing Analyst (Fintech): Evaluating marketing efficiency and optimizing user acquisition strategies with an accent on mobile attribution, incrementality testing, and performance modeling. Focus on driving data-backed budget decisions and developing actionable insights to scale growth across global markets.

Location: Remote (Global). Must be comfortable working on Dubai time. Individual relocation plans available to Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Poland, or Spain.

What you will do

  • Partner with marketing leadership to shape channel mix and budget decisions based on customer acquisition costs and spending forecasts.
  • Own the mobile attribution framework, including setup and quality control in tools like AppsFlyer and Adjust.
  • Design and analyze incrementality experiments, including holdout tests and conversion lift studies.
  • Measure the impact of upper-funnel and offline campaigns on performance metrics.
  • Develop informative data visualizations and reports for business and product stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to define requirements and ensure high data quality across pipelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a data or marketing analyst.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Deep hands-on experience with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of iOS and Android attribution flows (SKAN, ATT, deep links).
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels).
  • Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests.
  • Experience with LTV forecasting and cohort-based revenue modeling.
