What you will do

• Act as an analytical partner by building end-to-end analytics solutions for marketing stakeholders.
• Design clean, scalable data models and reporting layers to ensure reliable reporting.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations and narratives.
• Ensure data products align with internal principles, guidelines, and standards.
• Advocate for data literacy, helping team members self-serve and interpret data confidently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for writing performant and complex queries.
• Experience with modern analytics stacks including dbt, Looker/Tableau, and Git.
• Strong business acumen to guide stakeholders toward data-driven decisions.
• Ability to transform ambiguous business problems into structured analytical workstreams.
• Must be based in the Lithuanian or Polish market.
