TL;DR

Location: On-site in Munich, Germany

What you will do

  • Drive strategic initiatives and lead high-impact, cross-departmental projects to improve mobility sustainability.
  • Manage the Fleet department’s reporting process by tracking KPIs, identifying risks, and proposing strategic solutions.
  • Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and materials for senior stakeholder meetings with OEM partners.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of fleet and customer data using AI tools to build a data-backed value proposition for partners.
  • Critically examine and optimize existing internal processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in automotive strategy, consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and comfort working with numbers to drive business strategies.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Availability for an internship period of 4 to 6 months.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Munich.
