What you will do

• Support and monitor key strategic and operational projects across functions
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic tasks initiated by the Management Board
• Conduct independent and complex analysis and research
• Communicate and negotiate with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration/economics, IT, FinTech, or a related field
• First practical experience in strategy & business development (consultancy/financial services/industry/start-up)
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving scale-up environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) or Google suite
