What you will do

• Manage non-fault repair, recovery, and uninsured loss claims from initiation to settlement.
• Assess liability, indemnity, and claim financials to make accurate and timely decisions.
• Negotiate subrogated outlays and proactively manage aged debt to maximize recoveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers and instruct panel solicitors when escalation or litigation is required.
• Maintain accurate claim records and reserves while ensuring compliance and customer fairness.
• Handle inbound professional communications with customers, third parties, and legal partners.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of motor insurance, non-fault processes, liability, and subrogation.
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Right to work in the UK: must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa.
