Senior Business System Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the full feature lifecycle from discovery to delivery for both client-facing products and internal administration tools.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical constraints and objectives.
• Translate requirements into actionable documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, UML, BPMN, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Development, and QA teams throughout the task lifecycle.
• Partner with the Platform Product Manager to provide analysis support across platform initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst.
• Experience working with backend systems and administrative tooling.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in creating visual requirements via UML and BPMN.
• Experienced in writing and refining User Stories, Use Cases, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, specifically CFD trading.
• Familiarity with REST API, gRPC, and FIX Protocol.
• Experience with message queues and brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Solace.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Proficiency in Russian language.
