What you will do

• Analyze key business and process performance metrics to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Map and document "AS IS" business processes to clarify existing workflows.
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks to support process transformation and optimization.
• Develop and present process improvement recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports and insights to the Head of BPMO and relevant managers.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Process Analysis, Project Management, QA, or Business Operations.
• English proficiency required.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to dissect complex processes and evaluate solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
• Experience with process management (JIRA preferred) and workflow automation tools.
• Ability to create clear documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in financial services or fintech industries.
