TL;DR
Process Analyst (Fintech): Analysing business and process performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows with an accent on AS-IS mapping and documentation. Focus on identifying bottlenecks, developing improvement recommendations, and supporting process transformation initiatives.
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus. Hybrid work model (2 days WFH). Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.

What you will do
- Analyze key business and process performance metrics to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Map and document "AS IS" business processes to clarify existing workflows.
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks to support process transformation and optimization.
- Develop and present process improvement recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports and insights to the Head of BPMO and relevant managers.
Requirements
- Experience in Business Process Analysis, Project Management, QA, or Business Operations.
- English proficiency required.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to dissect complex processes and evaluate solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
- Experience with process management (JIRA preferred) and workflow automation tools.
- Ability to create clear documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in financial services or fintech industries.
- Enthusiasm and curiosity about AI technologies and predictive analytics.
