Business Analyst (SRS Writer) (Fintech): Transforming business needs into technically precise documentation (BRDs, SRS) for a multi-asset broker with an accent on system logic, traceability, and regulatory compliance. Focus on creating detailed user stories, process maps, and managing the full product lifecycle through UAT.
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus. Hybrid (2 days WFH). Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Assistance available.

What you will do
- Conduct sessions with stakeholders to capture business initiatives and requirements.
- Translate initiatives into BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare flow diagrams, process maps, and detailed system logic documentation.
- Manage structured tickets including EPICs, Features, and Stories with measurable criteria.
- Define data and reporting requirements in collaboration with BI teams.
- Validate outcomes for QA and participate in UAT for functional alignment.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience maintaining version-controlled documentation in Confluence.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality.
