Senior QA Engineer (SaaS Integrations): Ensuring the quality of data exchange and event-driven communication between a cloud platform and external systems with an accent on API validation and distributed systems. Focus on validating publish/subscribe flows, simulating failure scenarios, and maintaining lightweight API automation.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Poland (2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000 - 1160 PLN per man-day (B2B)

What you will do

• Perform end-to-end testing of SaaS integrations and complex cross-system workflows.
• Validate data quality, completeness, and API payloads (JSON/CSV) against system data models.
• Test event-driven scenarios, including pub/sub flows, retry mechanisms, and failure simulation.
• Assess integration reliability, resilience, and backward compatibility.
• Develop and maintain lightweight API-level, smoke, and contract tests.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues via logs and telemetry.

Requirements

• Strong experience testing complex integrations in SaaS or multi-tenant environments.
• Solid proficiency in REST API testing.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, Bruno, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
• Ability to act as the primary QA and work independently within a team.
• English: B2 level required for daily communication in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven architectures (Azure Service Bus, CloudEvents).
• Understanding of asynchronous processing and integration patterns.
• Experience with logs and telemetry analysis.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
