Location: Hybrid in Wrocław, Poland (at least 3 days per week in-office)

Salary: zł146,000 - zł285,000

What you will do

• Define and execute test strategies for AI-enabled software solutions, platform components, and agentic workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain AI-driven automation tools for validation and continuous quality monitoring.
• Validate functional, integration, regression, and performance outcomes across core platform components.
• Build automated test coverage for APIs, services, data flows, and AI evaluation workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify defects and improve quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in software quality assurance and test automation for enterprise applications.
• Experience testing AI/ML-enabled products, including validation in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for test automation and data validation.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across engineering and product teams in matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM evaluation and observability frameworks for non-deterministic systems.
• Background in fintech, capital markets, or regulated technology environments.
• Experience contributing to QA strategies for AI-first intelligent software platforms.
