What you will do

• Build and maintain a robust automation framework from scratch using Copado.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and E2E test scenarios.
• Perform API testing and validate system integrations across Salesforce and Workday.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support release readiness and CI/CD deployment cycles.
• Document test results and report defects using Jira and Confluence.
• Mentor junior team members as the team expands.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• 4-6 years of experience in automated testing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Hands-on experience with Copado suites (Robotic testing, CI/CD).
• Strong understanding of PDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Selenium, GitHub, and Atlassian tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
