What you will do
- Design, create, and execute test cases, scenarios, and test plans for a custom-built ERP system.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for selected application areas to increase coverage.
- Perform end-to-end, regression, functional, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Identify, report, and track defects in collaboration with developers and business stakeholders.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to define proper test coverage.
- Mentor less experienced team members and propose QA process improvements (senior level).
Requirements
- Commercial experience as a QA Engineer in manual and/or automation testing.
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, backend services, and business-critical systems.
- Practical knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger) and basic SQL for data verification.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, or TestRail.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software delivery processes.
- Must be based in the EU region and have a valid work permit.
- Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
Nice to have
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, or Java.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Experience with the Microsoft technology stack and Azure DevOps.
- Experience applying GenAI prompt patterns and structured workflows within the SDLC.
