SAP ABAP Developer in the EU

Location: Available in the listed European countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

Salary: EUR 8,000–8,700 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP backend solutions using ABAP.
• Design and implement technical components from functional specifications.
• Work with standard SAP objects and custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits.
• Build and maintain data models and services, including CDS views and OData.
• Integrate SAP with external systems and support testing, deployment, and maintenance across environments.
• Optimize code, debug performance issues, and contribute to technical design and solution architecture.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP programming and core SAP development concepts.
• Experience with enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, custom developments, integration scenarios, and interfaces.
• Knowledge of data modeling, service development, software development lifecycle, and transport management.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills, with the ability to implement functional specifications.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above and German at Intermediate+ level or above.
