SAP Product Operations & Authorization Consultant (with German)

Location: European countries listed in the vacancy, including Germany, Austria, France, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland

Salary: EUR 4,500–6,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Design and maintain standardized SAP demand intake processes, governance, and documentation.
• Evaluate, prioritize, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end requirements traceability.
• Provide technical consulting on SAP Authorization Management, including SAP ABAP Authorizations, SAP BTP Roles, and Cloud Identity Services.
• Define quality gates, review backlogs, and validate requirements for quality and feasibility.
• Prepare stakeholder reporting and recommend improvements to demand management, automation, and SAP service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP Authorization Management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP Authorizations and practical experience with SAP BTP Authorizations and SAP Cloud Identity Services.
• Experience in Requirements Engineering, including analysis, qualification, documentation, and traceability.
• Experience designing, documenting, and optimizing intake and demand management processes.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks, service delivery improvement, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Upper-Intermediate English and German or higher are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Identity Management and requirements quality gates.
• Knowledge of workflow and intake process automation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment.
