SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (SAP)

Location: One of the following European countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or the Netherlands.

Salary: EUR 11,000–11,500 per month gross. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Compensation.
• Support HR digital transformation initiatives and optimize HR processes and user experience.
• Manage integrations with SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA through CPI/BTP.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and support global rollouts and localization.
• Support UAT, releases, and hypercare activities.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues across the SuccessFactors environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors in cloud HR.
• Strong experience with Employee Central and knowledge of HR processes and data models.
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules including EC Payroll, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, and COMP.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations through CPI/BTP and experience with SAP HCM/SAP S/4HANA integrations.
• Experience with global rollouts and localization.
• English at Intermediate level or above and German at Upper-Intermediate level or above are required.
