What you will do

• Configure SuccessFactors modules, including EC and PMGM.
• Support HR digital transformation initiatives and optimize user experience.
• Manage integrations with SAP HCM/S4 via CPI.
• Conduct workshops and gather business requirements.
• Support UAT, releases, and hypercare phases.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues to ensure stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors in cloud HR.
• Proficiency in EC, EC Payroll, RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, and COMP modules.
• Strong expertise with Employee Central (core HR).
• Knowledge of SF integrations via CPI/BTP.
• Experience in global rollouts and localization.
• English: Intermediate+ (B1) and German: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2) required.
