What you will do

• Create methodologies, models, and flows for advanced design rules for specific process nodes.
• Conduct silicon validation and characterize models to ensure designs meet manufacturing standards.
• Optimize silicon designs by evaluating device performance across a range of operating conditions.
• Collaborate with IP and SoC design teams to capture and optimize process requirements for competitive products.
• Resolve prototype issues by determining whether problems are design or process-related.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, Master's with 4+, or PhD with 2+ in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in digital design and signoff.
• Ability to independently complete Netlist RTL-GDS place and route (APR) and signoff tasks.
• Must be based in the United States at designated hirify.global sites.

Nice to have

• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor technology and hirify.global's leading process design rules.
• Experience working with both Cadence and Synopsys EDA tools and flows.
• Experience in optimizing PPA for low power designs such as GPU or AI.
