What you will do

• Lead full-spectrum finance operations, including accounting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Studio GM and production leadership on profitability, project margins, and cost management.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecast processes, and monitor financial KPIs.
• Oversee project-specific accounting, milestone billing, and revenue recognition for gaming projects.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and government bodies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performance business-partnering mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Chief Accountant certification is required.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• 10+ years of working experience, including ERP and Dashboard implementation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and financial controls.
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or media industry.
• Prior background working in a Multinational Corporation (MNC).
