Director Finance (IGT)

What you will do

• Lead regional controllership activities including month-end close, statutory reporting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.
• Coordinate external and statutory audits across the EMEA region.
• Partner with corporate finance, tax, treasury, and legal teams on regional compliance and operational projects.
• Manage and develop regional accounting and finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA, CA, or ACCA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including multinational controllership.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and multinational statutory reporting.
• Experience managing finance operations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to operate effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.

• Experience in gaming, technology, or fintech industries.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and private equity-backed environments.
• Experience with mergers, integrations, or business transformation.
• Additional European or regional language capabilities.
