What you will do

• Ensure financial reporting is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready across all global entities.
• Manage multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation and the monthly close control framework.
• Lead the migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite to establish a mature finance infrastructure.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and process documentation.
• Oversee multi-jurisdiction statutory compliance, international tax, and transfer pricing.
• Manage key external relationships with banks, CPA firms, and auditors.

Requirements

• Senior experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company, with a track record of building or upgrading accounting functions.
• Big Four background with approximately 10+ years of experience in audit and controls.
• ACCA (preferred) or CPA qualification.
• Proven experience leading ERP migrations.
• Expertise in multi-currency international finance, including VAT and bridging GAAP and IFRS.
• Must be based in Europe.

• Experience integrating finance teams post-acquisition.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-assisted workflows or automations in a finance context.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as NDR, GRR, and deferred revenue.
