What you will do

• Design and maintain IAM solutions focused on Okta, including SSO, MFA, and federation services.
• Integrate applications with identity providers using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Automate user lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver) and provisioning workflows.
• Maintain RBAC models and conduct regular access reviews to enforce least-privilege principles.
• Support compliance initiatives (SOX) and monitor identity-related security incidents.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Okta Workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 3–7+ years of experience in IAM or related security roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing and administering enterprise IAM solutions, specifically Okta.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and documentation skills.

• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) certification.
• CISSP certification.
• CISM certification.
