What you will do

• Design and implement secure IAM solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage authentication, authorization, and identity governance aligned with DoD security standards.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application development teams to secure enterprise systems.
• Configure and manage identity governance and administration tools.
• Implement zero-trust security models to protect organizational assets.
• Ensure compliance with DoD IL2, IL4, and IL5 security controls.

Requirements

• Must hold an active SECRET Security Clearance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or 5+ years of equivalent IAM engineering experience.
• Proficiency in authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or AWS IAM.
• Strong knowledge of DoD compliance frameworks and security controls.

Nice to have

• CISSP certification.
• AWS Certified Security – Specialty.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
