What you will do

• Build and automate privileged access workflows across SaaS, production, and infrastructure systems.
• Design JIT access patterns including request, approval, justification, and automated revocation.
• Develop break-glass standards, tiering models, and emergency recovery procedures.
• Define telemetry requirements and track metrics like JIT adoption and standing privilege reduction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate access risk into practical, adoptable engineering controls.
• Identify and remediate high-risk standing privileges across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in identity security, privileged access, or infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience designing JIT, break-glass, and access governance workflows.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, SSO, MFA, admin tiering, and least privilege principles.
• Proficiency in scripting, workflow automation, and API integration.
• Ability to work across diverse environments including cloud, SaaS, and production systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and aligned with AMER time zones.
