What you will do
- Build and automate privileged access workflows across SaaS, production, and infrastructure systems.
- Design JIT access patterns including request, approval, justification, and automated revocation.
- Develop break-glass standards, tiering models, and emergency recovery procedures.
- Define telemetry requirements and track metrics like JIT adoption and standing privilege reduction.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate access risk into practical, adoptable engineering controls.
- Identify and remediate high-risk standing privileges across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in identity security, privileged access, or infrastructure security.
- Hands-on experience designing JIT, break-glass, and access governance workflows.
- Strong understanding of RBAC, SSO, MFA, admin tiering, and least privilege principles.
- Proficiency in scripting, workflow automation, and API integration.
- Ability to work across diverse environments including cloud, SaaS, and production systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and aligned with AMER time zones.
