What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic plans for various recruitment campaigns, including search and digital media.
• Analyze institutional enrollment data to identify trends, opportunities, and pain points.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal sales, technology, design, and financial teams.
• Manage project roadmaps and timelines to ensure error-free and timely delivery.
• Advise senior-level staff on recommendations and new strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Create and publish original professional blog posts and industry articles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in the higher education landscape.
• Experience in recruiting diverse student populations (transfer, graduate, undergraduate, etc.).
• Must be authorized to work in the US; company does not sponsor work visas.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
