TL;DR
President (Nonprofit Management): Translating mission and strategic priorities into operational excellence and scalable infrastructure with an accent on organizational scaling and C-suite leadership. Focus on strengthening systems, structure, and talent to support the continued expansion of impact and revenue.
Location: Hybrid/Virtual within the DC Metro Area. Must reside in the National Capital Region
Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year

What you will do
- Provide executive oversight of day-to-day operations and manage all C-suite leaders (Impact, Communities, Marketing, Technology, and Finance).
- Lead and execute a multi-year scaling strategy to strengthen operational infrastructure, systems, and governance.
- Translate the CEO's vision into measurable goals, KPIs, and execution plans to ensure enterprise-wide alignment.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery and implement effective impact measurement frameworks.
- Partner with the CFO on financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring long-term organizational sustainability.
- Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must reside in the National Capital Region.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive role within a complex organization.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling a complex organization (nonprofit, private sector, government, or military).
- Experience leading or advising organizations with budgets of $30+ million.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to travel overnight several times per year for leadership retreats and staff gatherings.

- Familiarity with social impact measurement and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience across multiple sectors (nonprofit, private sector, government, or military).
- Comfort with public speaking and media interaction.
