What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including RFP/RFI responses and custom client proposals.
• Build and format RFx responses by tailoring messaging and leveraging AI tools and existing content libraries.
• Design high-quality, visually engaging presentations for client meetings and pitches using PowerPoint.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of proposal templates, case studies, and bios.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects, facilitating stakeholder approvals.
• Analyze proposal outcomes and feedback to continuously improve storytelling and visual assets.

Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong eye for on-brand design.
• Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
• Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and execute them through to fruition.
• Must be based in Prague, Czech Republic.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
