What you will do
- Coordinate business development, capture, and proposal activities across technical teams and subcontractors.
- Plan, organize, and track opportunity-related schedules, deliverables, and action items.
- Support proposal development, including opportunity research, data calls, compliance matrices, and review cycles.
- Maintain SharePoint libraries and organize reusable business development content using metadata and structured folders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and responses to RFIs, RFPs, and market surveys.
- Contribute to process improvements and templates to increase team efficiency and information reuse.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the US.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a United States Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business coordination, project coordination, or proposal support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word (styles and formatting), SharePoint, Teams, and Project.
- Familiarity with government procurement tools such as SAM.gov and Deltek GovWin is highly desired.
