What you will do

• Provide technical and administrative supervision and strategic guidance for the SISO support contract at USTRANSCOM.
• Manage teams of information management professionals involved in the analysis, design, and implementation of automated systems.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO).
• Develop and refine the master Contract Management Plan (CMP) and deliver detailed weekly activity logs and Monthly Status Reports.
• Oversee the strategic rollout of the command's Zero Trust Implementation Plan and track maturity metrics.
• Supervise the execution of optional DevSecOps RMF and SCA support tasks.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Secret level security clearance or higher.
• Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M / DoDM 8140.03 requirements.
• Active Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMP) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Cyber 101 course.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Exactly 5 years of experience in program management AND 10 years of leadership experience in IT or consulting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Command, Control, Communications, and Cyber (C4/C4S) within a military headquarters or command center.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Visio.
