What you will do

• Lead and grow the Security TPM organization supporting enterprise security and infrastructure initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Technical Program Managers across multiple technical workstreams.
• Establish strong program management practices, execution discipline, and operational transparency.
• Drive large-scale programs including Security hardening, SSDLC, DevSecOps, IAM, Cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML platform governance.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and timelines while handling executive communications.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, GRC, and Operations teams to align programs with business priorities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Technical, Engineering, or Security Program Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing TPM teams or large cross-functional technical programs.
• Strong experience leading enterprise-scale security, cloud, infrastructure, or platform initiatives.
• Solid understanding of IAM, SSDLC, cloud security, and compliance.
• Experience working in AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Must be based in Miami, FL

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise platform organizations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML platform security and governance.
• Experience driving operational maturity and process transformation initiatives.
• Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or SAFe.
